Using Your Invite Card
These terms govern your use of the Your Invite Card website, editor, guest pages, RSVP tools, and account features. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use it for an organisation or another person, you confirm that you have authority to do so.
You must be legally able to enter this agreement. A parent or guardian must supervise use by anyone below the age of legal majority in their location.
Your account and content
You are responsible for access to your email account, devices, guest links, and co-host invitations. Tell us promptly if you believe access has been compromised. Editing a draft alone does not change an existing guest link. When you explicitly update the active guest link, its current invitation design is replaced while its URL and existing RSVP responses remain available. Revoked and historical links are not silently reused.
You keep ownership of the text, photographs, logos and other material you add. You grant us a limited licence to store, process, reproduce and deliver that material only as needed to operate and support the service. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload and share it, including personal details about guests.
When you request a custom theme, your event and style description is sent through OpenRouter to the selected image model. Generated designs can be unpredictable and may resemble existing styles or contain visual mistakes. Review a design before publishing it, do not request unlawful or infringing material, and use only results you are comfortable sharing.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law; impersonate or deceive; harass, threaten or discriminate; distribute malware or spam; infringe privacy or intellectual-property rights; collect guest information without a legitimate reason; probe security controls; automate abusive traffic; or resell the service without written permission. We may limit, suspend, revoke links, or close accounts when reasonably necessary to protect people, the service, or comply with law.
Free service and Invite Plus
Designing invitations, standard themes, standard card and PDF downloads, publishing, a stable guest link, event details, and ordinary sharing are free. During the current free launch, Invite Plus capabilities are also temporarily included without a payment card or checkout. Ordinary account, storage, technical, security, rate, and fair-use safeguards still apply.
Custom theme generation requires a signed-in account and is limited to 5 successful images in any rolling 24-hour period. Failed generations do not use that allowance. Provider availability and content-safety decisions can still prevent a requested image from being generated.
When paid access is enabled, Invite Plus costs ₹999 in India or US$9.99 in the United States and is paid once for one event. It is not a subscription and does not renew. Invite Plus includes premium themes, real guest RSVP, custom questions, reminders, response exports, planning tools, collaborators, and private event media. A free simulated RSVP preview may be available before purchase. We will not charge automatically merely because you create another account, invitation, or event.
Changing the access policy later does not by itself rewrite an invitation already published to a guest link. Qualifying live RSVP events and their existing responses remain available. An active guest link changes only when an authorised host explicitly updates it through the publishing controls.
Invite Plus is the host's paid event entitlement. “Event Pass” means only the private guest QR credential issued after an eligible guest confirms attendance; it is not a host purchase or subscription. Payment and entitlement records may remain for receipts, refunds, disputes, support, and legal obligations. See our refund policy.
Vendor marketplace
The account-only marketplace helps signed-in hosts discover approved vendor profiles inside Planning Cockpit and send structured inquiries. It is not a booking agent, event-service provider, employer, escrow service, or guarantor. Vendor availability, quotes, direct communication, contracts, deposits, performance, insurance, permits, taxes, cancellations, and disputes remain between the host and vendor. An approved profile means that the listing passed our marketplace review; it is not a guarantee of service quality, availability, identity, licensing, or outcome.
Vendors must provide accurate, current business, price, service-area, policy, portfolio, and contact information; own or have permission to use submitted media; protect host contact information; respond honestly; and avoid misleading claims, review manipulation, spam, discrimination, or off-platform misuse of leads. We may reject, suspend, or remove profiles or content to protect users and marketplace integrity.
Hosts choose each recipient and may send one inquiry to no more than three vendors. A vendor receives only its isolated inquiry and cannot see competing recipients. Hosts must not send spam, false event details, unlawful requests, or sensitive information that is not needed for the service inquiry.
Reviews require a delivered marketplace inquiry and a function date in the past. They describe a “Verified inquiry,” not a verified booking. Review authors are responsible for truthful first-hand content. Vendors may post one response visible with the review to eligible signed-in hosts and report abuse. We may hide, restore, or remove review content after moderation.
Featured vendor subscription
When vendor billing is enabled, an approved vendor owner may choose a monthly Featured subscription shown before checkout. Featured provides the stated portfolio limit, eligibility for clearly labeled rotating Sponsored slots, and detailed marketplace analytics. Sponsored eligibility does not change organic ranking or the displayed rating, and does not guarantee views, inquiries, bookings, or revenue.
Stripe-hosted Checkout collects payment details and the subscription renews monthly until canceled. Renewal processing, advance notifications, mandate requirements, and timing can vary by payment method and region, including India-issued cards. A past-due subscription can retain Sponsored eligibility for up to three days, after which Featured placement ends without hiding the approved basic listing from signed-in hosts. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period unless applicable law or a stated refund decision requires otherwise.
Disabling marketplace discovery or new checkout does not silently cancel an existing subscription. Active subscribers will receive an explicit cancellation or pause workflow and appropriate notice. Invite Plus purchase records and guest Event Pass records are separate from vendor Featured billing.
Service changes and availability
We may improve, replace or retire features while preserving published invitations and any historical purchase obligations as reasonably practical. Planned maintenance, internet failures, provider outages, or events outside our control can interrupt access. Keep your own copy of important guest information and exported invitation files. We do not guarantee that recipient devices, messaging apps, printers, or social networks will render every invitation identically.
Disclaimers and responsibility
The service is provided with reasonable care, but otherwise on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We are not an event planner, payment adviser, emergency service, or long-term archival service. We are not responsible for content supplied by hosts or guests, forwarded guest links, or third-party websites and services.
To the extent permitted by law, Your Invite Card is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, lost profit, lost opportunity, vendor performance, or loss caused by content you publish. For a claim connected with a paid transaction, our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount paid to Your Invite Card for that transaction during the 12 months before the claim. These limits do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or your mandatory consumer rights.
Ending use and resolving concerns
You may stop using the service at any time and can delete your account through the account deletion page. Provisions that logically survive—such as ownership, payment records, liability limits, and dispute obligations—continue after closure.
