Effective 25 July 2026
Using Your Invite Card
These terms govern your use of the Your Invite Card website, editor, guest pages, RSVP tools, and account features. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use it for an organisation or another person, you confirm that you have authority to do so.
You must be legally able to enter this agreement. A parent or guardian must supervise use by anyone below the age of legal majority in their location.
Your account and content
You are responsible for access to your email account, devices, guest links, and co-host invitations. Tell us promptly if you believe access has been compromised. Invitation drafts synchronize across signed-in devices, while published guest links are immutable snapshots. Editing a draft does not change an existing guest link; publish a new link when you want recipients to see a new version.
You keep ownership of the text, photographs, logos and other material you add. You grant us a limited licence to store, process, reproduce and deliver that material only as needed to operate and support the service. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload and share it, including personal details about guests.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law; impersonate or deceive; harass, threaten or discriminate; distribute malware or spam; infringe privacy or intellectual-property rights; collect guest information without a legitimate reason; probe security controls; automate abusive traffic; or resell the service without written permission. We may limit, suspend, revoke links, or close accounts when reasonably necessary to protect people, the service, or comply with law.
Current free access
During the current free launch, every design and product feature shown as available is included without a payment card, trial expiry, or checkout. Ordinary account, storage, technical, security, rate, and fair-use safeguards still apply; “free access” does not permit abusive, automated, or unlawful use.
We may introduce optional paid services later. Any future charge, included features, duration, and renewal terms will be clearly shown before you choose to pay. We will not charge automatically merely because you have an account or use the current free service.
Changing the access policy later will not rewrite an invitation already published to a guest link. Each published invitation remains the immutable snapshot created when it was shared.
Checkout is not currently offered. Payment infrastructure and limited historical transaction records may remain in the service so previous orders, refunds, disputes, or legally required records can be supported. Any historical purchase remains subject to the terms disclosed when it was made and applicable consumer law. See our refund policy for help with a historical or unexpected payment.
Service changes and availability
We may improve, replace or retire features while preserving published invitations and any historical purchase obligations as reasonably practical. Planned maintenance, internet failures, provider outages, or events outside our control can interrupt access. Keep your own copy of important guest information and exported invitation files. We do not guarantee that recipient devices, messaging apps, printers, or social networks will render every invitation identically.
Disclaimers and responsibility
The service is provided with reasonable care, but otherwise on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We are not an event planner, payment adviser, emergency service, or long-term archival service. We are not responsible for content supplied by hosts or guests, forwarded guest links, or third-party websites and services.
To the extent permitted by law, Your Invite Card is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, lost profit, lost opportunity, or loss caused by content you publish. For a claim connected with a historical paid transaction, our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount paid for that transaction during the 12 months before the claim. These limits do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or your mandatory consumer rights.
Ending use and resolving concerns
You may stop using the service at any time and can delete your account through the account deletion page. Provisions that logically survive—such as ownership, payment records, liability limits, and dispute obligations—continue after closure.
Please contact [email protected] first so we can try to resolve a concern promptly. These terms are governed by the laws that apply to the service operator, subject to any mandatory consumer protections and courts available to you in your location.
